New digital cameras for school

Friends PTA presented a cheque for £1000 to Mrs Jayne to buy new digital cameras for each class at St. Andrew’s. The handover took place at Friends Special General Meeting on Wednesday, January 26th.

“It was such a wonderful surprise, £1000!! We can’t wait to buy the cameras,” said Mrs Jayne.

Teachers had requested new digital cameras to better document class activities and individual learning, especially in a time of Covid when parents have less physical access to school. The higher quality photos will also help content sharing on the school’s new website, which has had positive feedback from parents as well as the Trust which administers the school.
