Sports Day at the Royal Crescent Lawn
On the morning of Thursday 30th June, the whole school from Reception to Year 6 descended on The Royal Crescent Lawn to take part in this year’s Sports Day! All the children competed in a carousel of activities which included a variety of throwing, running, jumping, teamwork and fun events!
Congratulations to Team Ellie Simmonds who were crowned the overall winners! The teachers and Teaching Assistants were extremely proud of the support, determination and effort that every single child and team put in. We would also like to say a special well done to the parents – I’m not sure we have ever seen such a competitive and enthusiastic parents space hopper race!
A fantastic morning of sport that we all enjoyed, thank you to all those who helped organised and made the day a success.
Thank you to the Residents for always supporting St Andrew’s with such a magnificent venue!
