Year 2: Recorder Lessons

It’s been a musical start to the year with the whole class enjoying a weekly recorder lesson. They have begun to look at notation and have learnt how to play the notes B and A as a whole class. They ‘ve also enjoyed warming up for the lesson with singing and movement to Taylor Swift’s Shake it off. 

The class have also been enjoying the sunshine and have been out in forest school listening to folk stories and creating homes for little characters that arrived in the forest school area.
