Year 3: Volcanoes

To finish off this term with a BANG, Year 3 created model volcanoes out of clay! We modelled our volcanoes on Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii (inspired by this terms text – Escape from Pompeii by Chrisina Balit) so you might be able to spot some buildings and the ocean nearby. We then painted our volcanoes before watching them erupt! It was great fun!
