Year 3: The Romans & the Roman Baths
Year 3 visited the Roman Baths last week and we had a brilliant time exploring the museum and Clore Learning Centre! We discovered why the water is orange, how the Romans created bridges, towers and mosaics, we saw the statue of Sulis Minerva and got to go underneath the ground and dig for artefacts like archaeologists!
We then created double page fact files detailing ‘How the Romans changed Bath’ and the children worked incredibly hard with their writing! I had to photograph a couple of our published pieces to share with you!
