Year 2: Busy start of term

What a busy start to the year it has been in Year 2!  The children have retold the story of The Hare and the Tortoise after orally retelling the story using a story map they created together.

They’ve been counting in tens and learning how to count tens and ones in Maths. In Science they have been learning all about the human life cycle, while in PE they have been thinking about linking two movements to build a sequence of champion moves.
