Bath in Bloom award

We are so pleased to say that we have been awarded a Level 4 Thriving award from Bath in Bloom.

There are 5 levels of award, with 5 being the highest, so St Andrew’s has done a superb job of making full use of the outside space to grow plants, vegetables and flowers.

The assessors loved how many of the features were made from recycled materials, and how the conservation area now has a story-telling amphitheatre and bug hotel!

As a city, Bath won Gold in the Britain in Bloom Southwest Competition and was also category winners in the Tesco Cup! It’s lovely to think that our school contributed to these accolades as being part of the judging tour! Well done to Delia, Miss Ange and all the children and helpers who have put so much work in to improve our outside space and impress the judges.
