Bumble Bees: Welly Walk

On Monday, Reception Class went for their first Welly Walk to Victoria Park. There were some emerging fascinations for the class; they enjoyed collecting leaves and sticks. Some of the leaves were threaded onto sticks to make what the children called “leaf kebabs”. Larger sticks were used to build a pretend campfire, whilst another group used the leaves they had collected to decorate a park bench.
