Kindness Week

We started the week with a special assembly that the children from School Council helped to lead. We talked about what things you could do or say that are kind and the children acted these ideas out. The children then shared messages of kindness and we reflected upon how easy this was and how it made us all feel better. Three children were revealed as having been on a secret ‘smile’ mission last week – how many smiles could they capture? We finished by sprinkling confetti over the children, like little pieces of kindness, and left them all with the challenge to notice kindness and spread kindness all week.
