Nursery: Butterflies

Recently in Nursery we have been learning about the life cycle of a butterfly and had some special visitors in Nursery! The Nursery children have been looking after a cup of five caterpillars and have shown great curiosity in their growth and development. The children have enjoyed watching them using magnifying glasses and also estimating how long they are and predicting what colour their wings will be when they turn into butterflies!
