Science and Shakespeare

In Year 6, we have been exploring electricity for our Science topic. Making circuits, testing different components and problem-solving when faults arose kept us busy! We have also been enjoying our time at Forest School at Kingswood – exploring the outdoors, being imaginative and collaborating to create outdoor games.

Much of our time is also dedicated to rehearsing our upcoming production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, for which we have been writing songs, recording tracks, designing props and trying on costumes. We have been working on technical cues, comic timing, and building our  confidence to act out scenes with MAXIMUM expression for the stage! No spoilers, but there are some tiny snippets/teasers below…
