Year 1: Animals in the Savannah

Year 1 have been working hard learning all about lions and other animals living in the Savannah through the book ‘One Day on our Blue Planet… in the Savannah’. We have done fact file writing and learnt lots about the animals that are awake in the day and in the night. This week, we did some role-play of lions stalking zebras. We really enjoyed it.
