Year 1: Georgian Christmas

We went on our first school trip of the year to the No.1 Royal Crescent. This finished our work learning about a Georgian Christmas, exploring toys, food and decorations in the Georgian times to todays. We were lucky enough to all try on Georgian outfits and learn some new facts. Then we split into two groups. We got to explore the house and complete a scavenger hunt, spotting mice hiding in the different rooms. This was our favourite part! We loved looking out the windows and looking at the Royal Crescent from higher up. Then we got to make a Christmas decoration to take home.
