Year 1: PC Blockwell

Year 1 had an exciting Tuesday afternoon when PC Blockwell (Miss Blockwell’s brother) came to visit St Andrew’s. We loved trying on handcuffs and different hats that he brought with him. Year 1 asked such thoughtful questions about the job role like, ‘Why did you become a police officer?’ and ‘How many people have you arrested?’. Lots of questions were asked about his vest and learning about the different parts of it. We even got a big police sticker and a photo with him at the end!
