Year 1: The Easter Story

As part of RE this term, Year 1 have been learning about the Easter story. Last week we were thinking about how the Easter story has a happy beginning, but then becomes very sad to then have a very happy ending! Year 1 created two crosses, a happy cross and a sad cross. They were then able to fill the crosses with the sad and happy parts of the Easter story.
