Year 5: Author Visit from Lucy Barker

Year 5 had the exciting opportunity to work with Lucy Barker, a published author! The children learned about story arcs, plot beats and much more! They worked in teams to create an element of a whole class story, before using and developing their own ideas into a story of their own. Some children even decided to make miniature books!

What a pleasure it was to be inspired by Lucy, and each other when sharing their work!
