Year 5: Computing

Year 5 have been learning about Micro:bits – these are tiny computers that you can download code onto! The first few lessons have involved creating a code using algorithms on loop to create flashing hearts, spelling out names to create name tags, and even creating emotions badged! We will be exploring their wider use in the curriculum throughout the year and can’t wait to see how many different uses they have!
