Year 5: Prehistoric era

In Year 5, we have been learning about the prehistoric era. Recently, we focused on the Stone Age and learned about different tools they used, after first making our own hypotheses. In Art, we have begun to explore the primitive style of some of Paul Klee’s artworks, observing how some of his style might have been inspired by the cave art from the prehistoric period. Using our observations, we had some time to create our own spontaneous line drawings to emulate his style.
