Year 5: Space and nature

Year 5 have been very busy learning about Space and the Solar System, experimenting with light to demonstrate how the Earth’s tilt and curvature can affect how we see the Sun from down here. We have also had a lovely time in Forest School, exploring, creating and taking time to connect with nature. In P.E. we have really honed our passing and movement skills in Netball, and we are now playing competitively, showing respect for rules and a positive spirit.
