Year 5: Tomorrow Be Brave

Year 5 are a part of a project called “Tomorrow be Brave” and have been working on an art instillation to celebrate Betty Webb’s involvement in cracking the enigma code, during WW2.
The children are using clay to make enigma machine keys that spell out our thanks to Betty Webb’s code breaking skills. The artwork will eventually be displayed in 44AD art gallery (by the Abbey) and the children will celebrate the impact of the heroic women of WW2 by joining the armistice service in the Abbey on the 11th November. The Military  Wives choir will also be there to perform!
More information and photos to come on this project and the artwork!
