Bumble Bees: Planting Beans

Reception children have been busy learning all about growing this term. We have been looking at plants and thinking about what they need to grow. 

We know plants need light and warmth and water to grow but we have had lots of discussions about soil… Some of us were surprised that our seeds in a jam jar also managed to grow!

Now our beans are getting stronger and some of them even have roots poking out of the bottom of their pots!
