At St Andrew’s, we use the Thrive approach, which helps to develop a child’s social and emotional wellbeing, enabling them to engage with life and learning. Thrive is embedded in the way we support children to develop their social and emotional wellbeing.

We have Thrive focus days 3 times a year to celebrate and deepen this work with a focus on connecting together and relationship building.
