Ladybirds: Reflection on our Learning

Ladybirds have been settling back into their Nursery routine, and during carpet times have been reflecting on their learning at Nursery so far. The children have been talking about the wonderful experiences they shared together last term, such as reading the traditional tale The Little Red Hen and sewing parts of the story during sewing workshops with Nursery parent, Mrs Emma. The children have loved looking at pictures of themselves hand-sewing, collaging and using a mechanical sewing machine! They have reflected on this with great fondness.

We will be looking at more traditional tales this term and have already begun reading Goldilocks and The Three Bears, which has been very popular! I wonder what traditional tale we will be looking at next, Ladybirds?
