Year 6: SATs & Shakespeare

A huge congratulations to Year 6, who completed their SATs! It’s been a term of hard work, focus and preparation, but the pupils showed their individual and collective character in the way they supported each other and showed such resilience throughout.

We know that these tests do not define them. This class are hugely creative, kind, considerate and have shown such growth and maturity over the course of this year. As is tradition, we ended the week with extended break time and ice lollies. Spirits were high and each and every pupil felt rightly proud of their acheivement.

We are looking forward to the next project – our musical production of Romeo and Juliet. This will be another few weeks of hard work and perseverance, for sure. However, we are so excited to see the end result – Year 6 is a class of budding actors and performers and it is sure to be a production to remember. Watch this space!
